RSB Install...Feels solid :) ?

I got my RSB from Addco put in the other day (I'm stupid when it comes to that), the turns feel so solid now and the hole car just feel alot stonger...but I had three questions :

1) When guys talk about understeer and oversteer what are they talking about ?
2) Which one does the RSB increase ?
3) And can everyone see there sway bar if they stand about 25 feet from the back of your car ?? real noticable ?? mine is ?
