Y-Pipe is on! Ohhh yeah!!

I love it!! Its been raining like hell down here so i havent really gotten a chance to feel it yet, but god does it sound good! A LITTLE bees inthe can, but not bad. The place that did the install said that he will make me a hanger for the front incase it vibrates or rattles. its rattles pretty bad, so Im going to go back tomorrow and have them do it.
I ended up finding a place where the guy has been working on imports for 20 years. Charged me 40 bucks. The other places wanted $100.00!! So its pretty damn cool!

sweet..

I ordered my y-pipe from stillen about 3 weeks ago and they had to reproduce mine because they messed up on the entire stock, it was the ceramic piece. I'm still waiting and am itching to get it. Can't wait to feel the power increase.

Did you guys lose any low-end power ? I fear getting exhaust parts b/c I LOVE the low-end torque/power.

I don't notice any low end torque decrease.

I don't argue its not there, but I just don't really notice, maybe a little, but nothing to get bent on. Maybe manuals notice it better. Auto feels the same to me. I still am stock from cat back though.

It's really hard to notice this simply because it is not very big if there is a loss AND because you can't go back and forth with the stock Y to compare. However, the gains in speed are definitely noticeable from the get-go...

BTW, sig pic is fantastic CM!

Yeah greg, i just got it. Its so sweet!! You need one!

And its a Warpspeed, but dont worry about the rattling. Its going to go away once the guy makes me a hanger. Should be like 5 bucks or somthing. The nice thing is, if i am in the right gear you dont hear themuffler or the ypipe, sounds nice and stock so when you are just driving you dont get a headace. But DAMN when oyu start her up she GROWLS. Its sooooo nice! Ill had to make a .wav of it sometime.

Correct me If I am wrong, but the two grilles in those signatures are genuine Home Depot gutter guard. Even if they aren't though, try doing a search for "gutter guard" or "mesh grille".
