O2 SENSOR HELP

hey guys i have a upcoming smog check in the next month and i have a check engine light on for downstream o2 sensor, i want to replace both o2 sensors while im in the area but i have a question, can i use the universal cheapy o2 sensors that the autostores have or do i need to get the application specific?

either will work just make sure you solder the connections

thanks for the info...also are both o2 sensors 2 wire?

both of the front ones are 3 wires, the back is 3 also i think, but don't quote me on that

they'll be able to give you the correct ones at auto zone or where ever, they should have the correct number of wires

The two upstream o2 sensors are 3 wire and the downtstream is a 4 wire. If you buy universal sensors you will need to solder the wires.
