Weird misfire at low rpm

So this has been happening for awhile, it has gotten worse though, at first whenever i went WOT under 3000RPM it would kinda hiccup then go. Now i notice on certain occasions between idle(600rpm) to about 2500rpm if im in a low gear, or even first gear at like idle it will miss a couple of times. for example i slowed down for a light in second gear i was maybe crawling at 5kmh i leave it in second and press the accelerator, it goes, bucks, goes bucks it still accelerates but it bucks so im thinking its missing.

Now heres the weird thing, one time it was doing it even if i revved it from idle a little harder, like if i exceeded 20% or so revving. If i slowly rev it it doesnt do it. It didnt do it since then, started doing it today, the weird thing is if i turn off the car and start it again, the problem goes away?

I am not too sure why its doing this, its kinda weird, at times it gets kinda bad, more or less an annoyance.

I am going to check my plugs, there about 30000KM. Now normally id think thats fine, but i was running rich for quite a long time before i got tuned, that still doesnt explain why it would go away when i turn it off and back on though. Its not throwing any relevant codes auto tranny codes and p0136 because im using the JWT ecu from a 96 auto.

any help/suggestions would be great. thanks guys

I think reving it quickly is causing some type of spike in the coils or something. The fact that its not noticeable under slow reving points this out.
