I'm thinking of getting a CB radio and would like to hear where I should install the antenna. I'm looking at the wilson little wil or wilson 1000 or anything good that is less than 4ft.

Also, I'll need to remove the antenna from time to time so I'm not sure if they sell an antenna base with a clip on whip? (I'm worried that the little wil will scratch my car)

They do have the magnet antennas that are alright, however I personally would not want a CB in my maxima. I have one in my company truck and love it, not sure about the max.
