Actually I think the GXE's and GLE's have speed limiters at approx. 120-125mph, the SE has no such item, threfore will do 143 @ 6200rpms in 5th(for 5spd models)

You heard wrong. The easiest way to test if you have a govenor or not though is to go out and drive it fast. If you can get over 125 then chances are you don't have a limiter. I say chances because speedomteters are off at higher speeds so you may want to push it to a buck thirty just in case.

I would probably not do it in the city Try the highway just outside of the city. And it's best to do it during the day so that you can see objects in and crossing the road. Not too smart to do it at night

Sexima go to Eisenhower street where CamRun Run is. (sorry for my spelling). Anyways there are these two buildings with huge empty parking lots. It's a mile long of empty parking space. I always see people taking their kids there to teach them how to drive and sometimes I see people racing there. I have taken my car up to 100 there easily, but I got scared and stopped. My friend took his civic up to 140. The needle looked like it was about to fall off. By the way it was a gsr swap civic.

PERFECT place.

I'm that guy who posted that he saw you a couple times at Fair City Mall. I would of said Hi but I was never next to you. I tried to race you once, but you were with a girl and I couldn't catch up to you in the traffic.

You have to give it time, the last 10-15 mph are rather slow.
