Try the highway just outside of the city. And it's best to do it during the day so that you can see objects in and crossing the road. Not too smart to do it at night

Sexima go to Eisenhower street where CamRun Run is. (sorry for my spelling). Anyways there are these two buildings with huge empty parking lots. It's a mile long of empty parking space. I always see people taking their kids there to teach them how to drive and sometimes I see people racing there. I have taken my car up to 100 there easily, but I got scared and stopped. My friend took his civic up to 140. The needle looked like it was about to fall off. By the way it was a gsr swap civic.
