eBay "spacers"

Hey, what are these compared to actual wheel spacer kits? Ie: the ichiba and H&R Spacers

you can get these type of spacers at any auto parts store - they virtually do the same exact thing as the more expensive kits.

I'm assuming these ebay ones just aren't as good because they're not perfectly centered on the rotor?
