yah im in Annandale, Virginia.
All my friends have had their license suspended and have been caught again. They all served jail.. yah. Stupid huh? One has had it suspended for a year now because he was caught racing. I think he served jail, I'm not sure.

My friends were driving and were going 100 and they each served a month in jail with no previous tickets. Both cars. The second car went back when his friend was pulled over. MAN I GOT SOME DUMB FRIENDS.

Hey, you did say that the 325 is an auto right? If so I'm pretty sure you'll win. I've raced a friend, he's got an auto 325is with 18" rims.. maybe thats why. However, I did beat him by 2 or so car lenghts up to about 120 km/h.

 

What year is his car? I have a friend who has a 93 325i and I raced him awhile back and beat him. I also raced my friends 525i and smoked him. That was my last race cuz right about when we hit 90 a cop decided to show up and since he was losing bad, the cop went after him and I got away. Since then, I haven't raced at all.

 

My friend has a 2001 BMW 325i Wagon with the Sports Package, Xenons, Leather, and Heated Seats. He talked highly of his car and **** about my car so I figured I would race him for the heck of it. We raced 4 times up to 80MpH and I jumped ahead of him by 1.5 cars every time - he could never catch up. He used his steptronic (manual simulation) twice, and his full automatic twice. I used the full automatic with Overdrive off every time. After the race he walked up and tells me, "Well, I confess, your car is just plain faster than mine." I never mentioned another word to him about it, since he was very honorable in it (and because his dad has an M5, M3, and M Roadster). True, he is a wagon and the car you are racing isn't, but maybe you should check his 0-60 MpHs. They can't touch yours as long as you jump well (no spinning) - and if it makes you feel any better, he has 5 less hp than you .

 

The thing that I've found out is that if you get a good start, the race is yours but if you are dead even up till 90, he is gonna walk you. They have so much top end, or at least the ones I raced did. I beat a 325 and 525i in my dads 89 five speed, so hopefully you could take this one out.

 

My friend's car was a 95. I've tried driving his car as well, it is quite slow on a straight away. You don't get the pull you get on a max, however, his car would loose a max on a twisty road. Had quite a lot of fun cornering with his car.

My friend's was also the newest one, but a wagon. I killed him and you should have no problem with an auto sedan.
