Picture Request: INTRAX SPRINGS
Please post pictures of your 4th gens with Intrax Springs, I just spend over an hour searching and only came back with felix's car.
Also what are your thoughts on these springs? I was originally going to go Progress, but worked out a deal with these.

Go to my homepage, then go to the maroon 96.
They are ok, nothing special. Id never buy again or recommend them to anyone. The rears are way soft and saggy. Konis could fix that with the rears on the upper perch. The fronts drop like Eibachs 1.5", but much softer. Coming from progress you will be disappointed.

They are ok, not the lowest in the front, at least a 3 finger gap, they are an uneven drop. I would probably go with progress, but maybe my rears sag..who knows. I got mine for 50 bucks used a few years ago. I'm on 17z btw.

My '96 doesn't look anything like this anymore as my pride is now my '99 and my '96 is my (thrashed) daily commuter. But, I had Intrax on the car in this pic:
The springs are o.k. Mine are ancient - pre-2000 so I would suspect that Intrax has changed them since then? Mine are purple, I think the newer ones are silver?? The ride height is awesome (2 finger wheel gap). However, that's with a 'stock' weight car. I've done so much weight reduction to my '99 (where the Intrax springs were transfered to, but I don't have pics) that my gap is more than 2 fingers and it's not even front to back. They handle great. The ride is a bit firm but not too bad if you mate them with say, Tokico, shocks. Good luck.
