radiator support

I recked the maxima and i need a new radiator support. But I cant figure out how to get the old one off, is it welded on with the rest of the body? I have found some random spots were it is bolted on but I cant get if off, can any one give me some help?

I don't mind providing you the links, but the now FREE SEARCH option is your friend. Enjoy, the core support spot welds suck. There are about 15-20 per side.

those were two great threads but I need the upper support not the lower. And do spot welds look like the support was glued or pressed to some thing else. Because I know what exhaust welds look like but Im not familiar with spot welds.

Shavedmax and KRRZ350 both changed the whole support so they may be able to help with the advice on the whole part. As for the spotwelds, they look like a little dimple.

There is a pics of a whole bunch in one area, but you get the idea.
Some are harder to see than others, so be warned. especially when it comes to dark places...
