Drivetrain creaking - bearings, motor mounts, what?
From a stop or low speed, i get this strange creak when letting off or applying throttle. Think of a blow off valve, except with a creaking sound (that's the best way i could think to describe it). I'm pretty sure it's not suspension related because the sound is coming from the center front of the car. Also, i can replicate the sound by shifting from reverse to drive or viceversa sometimes and the problem is exaggerated in cold weather. Could this be swaybar/control arm bushing related as a result of lowering my car? Or is it possible that it's a motor/tranny mount issue? I'm stumped as to where to even start looking.
I would say It's problally your exhaust that's coming lose with lot's of creaking and rattling noises. I would like to hear a video of this sound to make sure that this is the problem? It can be your motor mounts to everytime you are accelerating and your motor Is rocking back and forth because the mounts are worn out or are bad.

checking ur motor mounts put in drive and hold brake down hard nd get it gas plenty of it nd if u here a banging stump ur front motor mount is shot nd repeat the same process in reverse to check rear mount
I wonder if that lower radiator tie bar is shot and letting his motor mounts and front of the engine sag a little... He does live in a salt-use area.
Check the pics posted in threads below regarding the lower radiator support and then go check yours out.
