Throwout bearing problem? or clutch issue?

This morning I went out and got in my car and drove to school and nothing was wrong it ran fine. I went out and started my car again after workouts and i drove to burger king and everytime i would switch gears the car would feel like it was jumping and then it would catch I guess and I would drive untill I would have to change gears again and when I did it did the same thing it would jump and just shake the whole car for about 2 seconds.
After I got out of burger king it did better when i was switching gears as it was not shaking as much and then not at all when I got back to the school.

My throwout bearing has been going bad for about a year now, as i have heard the high pitch squeel when i let out on the clutch.. do you guys think it is that or is my clutch slipping?
