Need some advice!

So im at work today working and i head outside for a sec to take a quick break and i hear my alarm going off when i go check it out someone aka a$$hole hit my car and ran. They hit my car by the front a lil and my fender.

My car is white pearl and i dont know how much its gonna be to fix that. But people have been telling me its gonna be a pretty penny cause you cant mix white pearl due to the fact that you dont know how much pearl they used on the car when they painted it. Is this true ?

any color can be matched to a point but that will be tough to do for the unlucky person sense its so hard to screw up with a paint like that. Is your insurance going to cover it? Otherwise id just say F it and look through the classifieds for a new bumper and fender. I saw a max being parted out around here the other day that was just the color.
