i forget exactly how i did it...but its not as bad as you may think. take out your intake set up from the throttle body, and it will give you a ton more space to work in there.

yeah I took out the intake and i stuck my left hand in there and it went in besides scratches all on my hand. I used a 12mm wrench and got it on but i couldnt turn it bc I didnt have enough force. I used my lil sister to put her hands in there and they went in perfect but of course she doesnt have strength to turn it either. After keep tryignt o turn it and blood on my hands I jus left.

If you have the right tools it should be a fairly bloodless repair. If you have to buy the right tools do so. Mine went fairly easy and I did not have to remove the intake or much of anything else.

It was hard for me to torque that bolt also, so I just sprayed some WD-40 on the bolt and then went back to work on it.

i changed mines about two weeks ago it took about 30 minutes from start to finish. i used a long extension about 10-12in. and one of those wobble joints. i have a CAI and i didnt have to take that out.

yea thats my neighbor

after seeing the size of the opening i didnt even bother trying myself. nor should you.

she got her hand in there no problem and was able to use my short ratchet to undo the bolt initially as well as thread the new ks on. whole thing took 20 mins.
