5th gen catback on a 4th gen?

Would a 5th gen cat back exhaust on a 4th gen fit cause all of the cat backs that i have found are way cheaper for a 5h gen so i would rather just safe the money. I am not very hard core and have little money. so yeah I am going for the ebay one.

P.S. I used the search and found one but it said little.

thank you for help.

I don't think it will work. the bends are different. i have a 5g muffler on my car, but it had to be cut and welded to my current pipe (the short pipe that bolts onto the B pipe, don't know the exact name of it)

The entire catback is only two pieces, b and rear section. 5th gen rear section, from what I've read doesn't bolt up to the 4th gen b.

Basically, just get a 4th gen specific catback. That way you shouldn't have any problems.
