Cup holder won't stay in place

I'm just gonna glue it down, the little clips on the cup holder don't hold it in place at all.

There's nothing in the future, that I need to get under the cup holder is there? Maintenance or otherwise right?

Dont think there is anything important but there is a better way. What part is comming out. Is the cup holder not staying in or are the clips falling off the cup holder. A simple clip ajustment can fix your problem. If it is just coming out pry open the clip a little more and it will help. If the clips are falling out, bend the little teeth at the top out a little to give it some more bite and add a little glue.

be glad you can still use the clips!
The tabs in the center console were broken off when I bought my car...so I tried some 2 part epoxy. That worked for about a day
new center console FTW! having to BUY new console FTL...
I'm agreeing with the clip adjustment, hopefully that will take car of it without having to use glue.

The clips stay in just fine, I may try to adjust them first. I just can't epoxy around the little lip, and call it a day?

I hate the cupholders on my center console...eventually I'm going to swap to a 97-99 model, though. They barely fit a 1 liter soda, and that's with the center divider removed.

I don't think the cupholder is needed to be removed for future mods. You can just take out the whole tunnel if you need to get under there. My cupholder pops out when I put a gatorade bottle in.
