Guys, i have 18's on my car and recent everytime I go over a small bump or a big bump or uneven roads i hear this klunk" noise like my tires don't have any air left.

Something from the suspension i believe but i'm not sure, please assist. I'm planning on putting new springs and shocks, so I want to know if i need to change the joints along with them.
