will 5th gen cat fit 4th?
Part numbers are different through FAST, as well as the few parts stores I've checked.
Random Tech shows the same part number for 97-04, but I'm not sure if those have flanges on them.
Do you already have it, or are you asking prior to purchase? If you have it, just grab a measuring tape.
If you still don't have an answer in the next few days, I'll probably be able to get underneath an A32 and an A33B and get a definite on size, but that still leaves inlet/outlet size, flange angle, and bolt spread unknown.

wow, you are friggin awesome. i do not already have it. i'm thinking about finding one cause it seems my cat is done. failed smog for the first time in 4 years. i havnt done any changes to my max except changing the egr, which should help if anything.
