how to adjust the parking brake lever?

Hi.
The parking brake doesn't have force to hold the rear wheel I think. The lever is so loose now. I would like to make tight. When I read a service manual, it showed me "1. loose parking brake cable". Where the cable is? I found the adjustment nut. Would you explain that clearly?
Thanks.

Before you tighten it, make sure the cable is not sticking or frozen. You can ruin the rotor if it's stuck there.
