My brother sold his 2K maxima before he got to put his semi-metalic pads on and offered to give them to me. Will they fit my 97? Metal matrix front and stillen rear pads. TIA

go to stillens web site and see if they are the same part numbers or just take a wheel off and look.

 

I have put 4th gen pads on my 5th gen. Axxis Metal Masters. They are a perfect fit. The only difference is the length is slightly less on the 4th gne compared to the 5th gen (the pad surface, not the actual pad). The pad will fit, and the 5th gens pad has more surface area. So in a way it might benefit 4th gens to try 5th gen pads...more surface area.

I compared the 5th and 4th gen pads and they were identical in their dimesions -width, length, height.
