Help with 99 max stalling/limpmode problem

Hi all, well let me start off with saying a few things about the car. its got about 80k miles the alternator, starter, and the battery were just replaced.

Well I've been having this issue for quite a while now, but wasn't driving the car much.

Here is the problem, when i start the car it wants to die right after the rpm drop.
If i give the car a little gas, it will start idling fine.

After I warm it up a lil i put it in drive and it wants to stall, or sometimes after the second or third try it starts going but the car is in limp mode...

I searched for a reason why it would do that here, and I replaced the maf... it got a little better then it came back.

Can someone help?

Codes?

Check the resistance of the engine coolant temp sensor, make sure it's within spec when it's cold. And make sure you check the correct sensor, there are two of them.
