I seriously need you guys's advise.

I am interested in this car:

96' Nissan Maxima GLE, 100k. Power everything, heated front seat but not mirror. leather, sunroof, alloy, ABS, no spoiler. some slight scratch on the body, right front light broken(not accident, according to the owner, I tend to believe so), very clean and smooth, dark green. Owner changed the Oxygen sensor before. Good tire.

He asks for $8,400. I would like to pay $7,000 to $7,500.

should I go for it? This car's 100k milage is scary. how long is it supposed to last? I know this question is kinda silly, but I have to deal with this psychological thing. Besides, I am gonna use this car to work, it's like 25 miles per day.
