IACV cleaning- weirdness with warm up afterwards.

So I cleaned the IACV and TB, replaced the garkets etc. I also tried adjusting the throttle cables to reduce some slack but found I had tightened them too much and the car idled at like 3k LOL. So anyway, I alet some slack loose and all was well. I dorve the car around this weekend with no problems. Today, an oddity occured. When I started the car for the first time in th morning with a cold start the rpms, dropped to 750 and sat there as if it was a warm start even though the car was ice cold. Hmmm. the car sat for the whole day again and i started it up again this evening and the same thing happened. Now, once I start to drive, the cars rpm's go up to the usual cold mode 1k ish idle. and the car begins it's normal warm up RPM ritual. Allmaxedout thinks it may be that the throttle cable is now too loose and that thats whats affecting the warm up idle of the car. I am going to adjust the cables again and see what happens, I can understand the idle being too high due to to a too tight throttle cable, but a too low idle from a too slacked cable???? Anybody ever experience this?>
