Personally I think that SE'S look better, I've gotten compliments on mine. The G35's look good but they don't bring the car out like the SE rims, I think the SE'S fit the look of the car wayyyyyy better. I've had someone tell me that my car doesn't even look like a 97, that it look like a 2000-something just because of the rims. But thats IMO I just think the G's only look good on the G35...

Since this has been bumped back up...a set of SE TE's (they look like the TE rims, anyway) for $150? That would be awesome.

G rims are so...eh. Then again, seeing them all day, every day, they've gotten so old to me.

However, the stock rims from the G37 coupe in the shop...I would love a set of those.

hey guys, thanks for all of your input, but hers a thing, i really messed up my stock rims, and i found a S14 set of rims for cheap. but heres the thing, will they be good on the maxima? cause im pretty sure that they are 205.....not 215 like ours...and i also think they are a little smaller.....(width of the rim)

G35 wheels with a nice drop will set your car off real nice. If you don't plan on dropping it then go with the TE's

Can i put the STAGGERED G35 rims on the max like right on or do i need to buy spacers or anything? ive been reading diff threads and some ppl say u dont and some say u do... can i have an answer from someone that actually has them on?

I think the G35 wheels look puffy. I like the flat, slightly concave look of the 03 rims. Better lower that thing too, the pic of the Max with G35s above looks totally 4x4.

whats with ppl wanting the stock look? I thought this palce and places like it were dedicated to making a statement out of your maxima. I came here for suggestions, help, links and suggestions to make my maxima one of a kind. I dont think adding anything stock to either one of my maxima's is fullfilling any deep seated need to make them stand out. Sine i bought my 03 i have noticed hundreds of maxima's. I guess that happens when you buy any car. But i can promise you in this town mine is the best looking and most highly modified one here. Stock is for the showroom.

Well I know one thing's certain, if you're looking for help, links and suggestions about your 03, you're posting in the wrong forum. And if you think the majority of maximas on this site are stock, then you're also posting on the wrong site

Not trying to hi-jack the thread here, but this is def on topic...

I have a 96 Max, with some G35 sedan 17s... I've got the Infiniti center caps, but when I had some new tires put on about a week ago they said the center caps would fall off if I tried to run them, even though I ran them with no issues for a couple days prior to my new tires. Anyways, I think they are right and I'd rather not risk losing one or two of them.

What are my options as far as making them fit both the front and rear? The gold cap can be removed in the rear, correct? What about up front? I'd rather not run spacers, but if that is my only option where would I go about purchasing some? Thanks!

Here are some pictures to show what I am talking about...
