annoying interior rattle

Its coming from the sunroof area I think and goes away when the sunroof is open. Not audible on smooth surfaces. Sunroof doesnt leak and works just fine. Any ideas?

check that the panel that holds the controls for the sunroof is secure. Also, check that the dome light is secure.
Other than that I don't know.

I have a massive rattle in my roof liner too. Probably one of the clips that holds the roof liner on for me...but for you it could be for the sun shade? I'm willing to bet it's something similar.
