This can't be good... Y-pipe problem

Hey guys

I have had my Budget Y pipe on my car for about 3 years now.

My car has been making alotta noise lately. And the noise is coming from right under the shifter...

So today I went to investigate, to see if I could see anything that looking like it could rattle. Instead I found this....

And when I got it, it didn't look like this, so I guess its time for a new Y-pipe...

where is your flex section? Have a local muffler weld in a replacement. That should do it.

Estimate how much it cost to fix?
Like 20-50 bucks?

Depends on the shop...

Id start by calling around to local exhaust shops and get prices on how much it would be to weld a new one in. If its greater than $100, I personally would just buy a new y pipe.

Had the same problem on my stock y, had it replaced & back in business.
Just go get a new flex section, should't be more than $40 bucks.
