Climate Control vs. Manual controls

I have a '98 Maxima SE. Can I simply swap out the current manual air condition/heating controls and replace them with the Automatic Climate Control panel? Or is there a computer inside that needs programming?

Nope. Can't do it. The display is only the beginning. There's whole LAN of components in the dash associated with it.

it is not possible, the climate control is an entirely different setup, it uses another wiring harness as well.

so, I should be able to ask over and over again and you should be obligated to answer as many times as I desire because the world revolves around me, the axis of the earth.

I think clee made his point in the first post. Give him a break. His is new and I am sure that he is not familiar with the sticky, faq's, and search.

....I guess being somewhat considerate is too much to ask?
