Trouble code relation?

iv been getting 4 codes ever since i bought my 99 se-l and dont really understand this so maybe someone can enlightin me a little. Im gettin all 3 oxygen sensor codes,0901,0902,and 1001, and im also getting an 0302. this is strange because all these are on at the same time and the car isnt running abnormally...cars are sposse to run bad with bad o2 sensors right? seems like not good gas mileage but not to bad, havent tested that tho unfortunately. I had my car jacked up tho the other day and noticed an empty spot where an o2 sensor used to be and the wires just hanging out...so wtf? it has an aftermarket exhaust on the car tho (greddy catback, high flow cat,and y-pipe), could the factory ones not fit on this exhaust and inturn making this scenario no o2 senors= 3 o2 sensor codes.if so how could this happen with the car running fine and throw the egr code also? somethings got to be causing all of this at the same time right?

i appreciate all help!

i know what my codes mean, iv read every sticky post pertaining to my codes atleast a dozen times, i live my life by the stickys! haha..... my question is if all of these codes can be related to a single problem, and if the oem o2 sensors will fit in my aftermarket exhaust parts since the exhaust was on the car when i bought it and i have no idea with any of the install....know what im sayin?

seems like a no brainer to me...replace the missing o2 sensor, clear codes, see what comes back, go from there.

There should be no problems fitting an 02 sensor in the aftermarket ypipe or high flow cat if the holes are there.

btw, are the other 2 o2 sensors in place and plugged in?

an after market cat shouldnt throw an o2 sensor code unless the sensor is missing from that too.

Also ... when replacing the O2 sensors .... don't go cheap, cuase that is what you get! I have replaced my front oxy sensor twice now, cause the first time I didn't do like I should have and gotten a decent one. I like Bosch personaly, but I didn't do that the first time due to no money. It lasted several months, but when to crap, thru a CEL and I was back to square one. So, now I have a Bosch in .....
