Cure for skippy cd player?

Skipping and and my factory non-bose cd-player goes together like white on rice. Every little bump on road will cause it to skip and sometimes err display.

I get the pioneer 4000 series 6.1 inch screen for 325 w/my discount. Maybe you should find a buddy that works at Best Buy.
