Any way to adjust ECU/Speedo for diff. tire size?

Is there a way to adjust the tire size on the max's? Mine is a 97 btw, if anyone knows that'd be awesome! If not I'll just have to figure out the math and make sure to remember.

Thanks,
Matt

EDIT:
Ok, figured out the difference. Going from a 215/55R16 to 245/45R18

Speedo reads --> 65mph Actually -->68.52mph
Speedo reads --> 75mph/120.7008km Actually -->79.06mph/127.234km

Considerable difference, my original question about recallibrating still stands though.
For those wondering I am going from the SE 16" wheels, to the '04 350Z 18" 6-spokes, those are stock tire sizes.

Best thing to do is use the tire calculator and get a size that won't throw off the speedo so much

Are you saying that there is no way to do it? Because I got a bloody unbelievable deal on the rims and tires, and they're on, and staying on. Like I said just curious, I'll check the stealership monday to find out if they can do it.

It's a frequency signal, so modify that and 'tune' it to whatever size you want, but for the most part, kevlo911 is correct.
