airbag removal tips/tools ?
so i think ive found the 97 beige passenger side airbag ive been seeking for the past 6 months....
but i see that i am going to need one of those TORX bits to be able to swap the two.
i just want to double check that this is the right part:
a TORX Tamper-resistant T45 bit
is that right? anyone know where i could get one other than ordering it off the internet? anyone have one theyd like to sell or lend me ?
autozone and sears and all that have the T45 bits, but they are the regular ones - not the "tamper-proof" ones with the hole drilled out of the middle.

O'Reilly's usually carries them, if you have any in your area. May have to chase down a tool truck like Snap-On, Mac, Matco, etc.
Alternatively, just take a drill to a regular socket.

T50 tamper proof torx bitAlso, maybe you're not looking hard enough
, but my Autozone and Sears both have the correct T50 tamper proof torx bit in stock all the time..... At Sears though, the bit can be found in the small section dedicated for "Automotive tools", not with the typical sockets, bits, etc etc.
