HELP with clear bumper lights!

yes, i searched...yes, i checked the faq's/howto's...yes, i checked vqpower...but,

i was wondering if there was a way to mod my orange bumper lights to make them clear? i know they are for sale on places like eBay, but i was hoping it would be like the red/clear tail's mod, i.e. just popping out a lens...

any suggestions?

I don't think you can just pop the lenses of them , even if you can is it worth like 30 $ to do all that ?

Don't think so. The assembly itself is orange. You will have to spend 20 bucks on ebay my friend.

For the clearance and parking ones, e-bay is your friend, they are pretty cheap. I have seen someone do a retro with led's, but that's quite involved.

How are the ebay corners for the Maxima's? I purchased a set on ebay for my last car and they were crap. I got about 6 months use out of them. Hopefully the ones I ordered for my new Maxima will last a bit longer lol

^ how did you go though a pair of bumper lenses? I mean unless you use your car for playing bumper cars. I can't see you going though a pair... lol

I bought recently and did have to seal after one side was popping out like an eyeball hanging loose. Thankfully it did not fall out on the highway. I think the gap lets air in and out they go.

When I took them off the car, the lense seperated from the backing. Don't ask me how, I have no clue. Guess it was just cheap crap!

Ouch that sucks, cheap crap, or not sealed right. I always seal it myself when they arrive, so I know I wont have problems.
