O YEAH ONLY ENGINE MODS ARE OBX HEADERS WITH THE DOWN PIPE AND SHORT RAM AIR INTAKE
alot of money and time
sorry for the caps im at work and i default with caps....but i have jus spent enough money and time on this problem that no one seems to have a logical answer for
I just had an xterra at work that was running around 219 degrees and it turns out the radiator was partially clogged. You say you replaced the "entire cooling system" a few more details here would be good. What parts exactley have been changed? Also, year, auto or 5 spd, mileage, the more details better chance of getting a correct diagnosis.

radiator upgrade to custom high flow alum.,fans, relays, temp sensors, temp sending unit, water pump, t-stat,hoses, and i use my bg flush machine twice so far...i also used the modis to check fan speed operation and watched them to make sure they are switching on when they should, but the reference i found for temp specs was in alldata for the fan speeds and operations and they check good. when i turn the heat on my gauge goes to the middle then in traffic or red light it creeps back up and before the light turns green it almost goes redline heat.and when driving some times creeps alil high on 80 Degrees F day...I have all checked and clean the condensor to make sure it was clear

sorry i forgot to say this is the second radiator because first my stock rad cracked at the head so i replaced with oem from dealer then still hot so i thought i might try the alum high flow ...this is all still while my gauge really high
