Strange screetching noise when stopped

I have noticed that my Maxima screeches when it is at a stop, but it doesn't always do it. I have reason to suspect it has something to do with the belts, what else could it possibly be?

it cant be anything else. If it happens when your A/C is on as well or when the wheel is locked up to make a turn, or upon start of engine..........Belts.!!!
