I'm giddy like a school girl.

I doubt it'll fit without doing alot of hacking on the bottom but worth a shot. Good luck!

I already had the cefiro's, I'm already missing a bracket needed for the R34 install. Plus since I'm also doing a tranny, I just didn't have enough to do the R34's. I've seen a couple refits and they look pretty good. So I figure I will just refit what I have.

I'll definately have pics with the finished. I hooked up the light to my wife's car to get a pic of the cutoff. I noticed there is some stray light with how the cutoff is setup. However, I don't think it's that big of a deal once everything is done:

Low:

High:

4300k TL projector vs 6000k SE-R reflector with a pretty decent cutoff (yes, the sentra beam is higher because of the angle the car is at.)

One thing I wish I could do with the TL projectors is get the ZKW clear lens. Just don't have enough to make it happen. However when you think about it, just going from the crappy cefiro beam pattern to TL's is a huge improvement.

Alright, I finally took the cefiro's out of the car. I'm getting ready to have them sent off to be retro'ed. I put the stock lights back on...and the stock grill since my SE style one appears to be missing some tabs. Talk about blast from the past.

At this point, those TL projectors will be 5 billion times better than the stock cefiro reflectors. They suck so much when it comes to putting light on the ground.

maxgtr2000 is doing my retrofit. He's done quite a few on the board, and he's about 50 minutes away.

Prices varies. You'd have to ask one of the guys that does the retrofit.

I've thought about going with chrome or a sort of body color on the none reflective portions of the cefiro's. However on my car, the black wasn't really out of place with the window trim and windows being black.

I think it depends on the color of the car. IMO, chromies belong on white/tan etc light colored cars, black headlights on black/dark blue etc dark colored cars.

I would tend to agree...but sometimes the contrast can be pretty cool as well.

There are ZKW replica lenses on eBay, not 100% samething but 98% and the price is decent.

Agreed, but it depends on the execution. For example, Flava. He pulled off the contrast thing very well.

I really like the sharpness of the cutoff. I know when looking at my current projectors, the cutoff is a little fuzzy.

Nice retro...looks clean from the outside. I can tell that you did some color mod by bending the shield from this pic. The left side have more color than the right....here's mine with clear lenses also and with bending the shield:

I believe they are E36 but I'm not sure since I wasn't the one that actually made them. Dasyce made them.

Yeah one side was revised by the person who made it...he ran out of time to do the other and I don't really care about it. I love these things though, that is for certain.
