Best place to get an Alternator online?

So I started to hear whining noise from engine compartment and I knew it had to be alternator. I checked the voltage on the battery and its at about 10.50 instead of around 14. Am I correct to assure that it is the alternator that is dying? Where is good/cheap place to get one for 95 Max? I have about 104k miles. Thanks in advance for input.

Could be the alternator, could be the battery. Take the car by an Advance or Autozone and have them checked out.

also, are you certain that the whinning is the alternator?

did you check the belt tensioner and the a/c compressor pulley? those are two items that will go.

No, I havent checked those, first thing that came to mind is the alternator 'cuz this same whine was there when it died couple of yrs ago. I have the multimeter and i checked the voltage and it was rather low so i thought it could be the alty.
