i have a 95 SE and want to put in an exhaust. i live in dallas, tx where we still have inspections. so my question is will installing headers and a y-pipe make my car not pass because it wont have the precats? im gettn a hi-flow epa approved cat with the O2 sensor in the back

 

Warm the car up before you go to emissions inspections. In that case, then no.
