The ever hunting search to find a 36" 6 rib belt. lol

So I settled for a 36" 4 rib... Guy said it would work, If I threw it in the middle. lol I didn't want ot do it, but it is a gatorback so it should work and this dude is pretty good as he helped me last time with the correct belt size to reroute the AC.

Anyway, How long do you think a 4rib will last? been a week so far and everything is good, I could of went with a 6rib 37" but for some stupid reason my tensioner would not tension it. IT is getting pretty rough though, so I prob need to replace my tension next time. Damn, I could barely move the thing, how the hell am I gonna take it off? lol

Funny thing is, 6ribs were like easy to find around here last year. Just lately they been harder to find then gold... argh..

Order it online.

Stock part # for gates is K060431 so with the smaller belt it should be K060360.

Did you loosen the pulley prior to adjusting the tension?

37" is what I use to bypass my a/c so it doesn't make so much damn noise.
