Throttlebody Vacuum Ports

I feel incredibly stupid asking this, but oh well. This is what I get for having an 00VI for 2 years

What are all 4 of the ports on the stock 4th gen. throttlebody for? If I remember right, the 2 large ones are coolant. What are the two smaller ones for, though? Are they both just vacuum? I need t know because I'm putting all my stock stuff back on, saw a small hose I forgot to hook up, and also realized the vacuum routing is different than what I had it on the 00VI/5th gen. throttlebody.

Where is the other small one? I thought there was just one at the bottom?

I could have sworn mine had 3 total ports, too (the 2 large coolant and a small vacuum) but it has 2 small ports instead of just one. It's my factory throttlebody, too, so it's not like I have a different one than what was on the car originally. I assume they're both vacuum

EDIT: Took a picture so you could see what I mean. I didn't feel like taking it off the car to take the picture, and the ports have a short length of hose I made to loop them together for the time being to prevent a vacuum leak.

They are behind. I used them both as a vacuum source (one for the FPR and one for something emissions-related) and everything seems to be working fine

I would just hook them up to any vacuum source

Hook what up to any vacuum source? The two little ports? I am currently using them as vacuum sources themselves for the FPR and something emissions related

Yeah pulve, I've got a '95. That would explain it.

While I have this thread open...I have a crappy, crappy idle right now. Cold idle is 1100 in park, 900 in gear and warm idle is 900 in park and between 650 and 850 in gear (it settles down to 650 if you sit for a bit at a light as opposed to coming up to a stop sign and taking off a couple seconds later). It also sounds like the car is misfiring at idle a little bit...but accelerates very smoothly and doesn't sound like it's misfiring any time except idle. It's hard to tell what the problem is because this stuff has been sitting for the last 2 years, so I have no idea what kind of shape it's in and can't remember how well it worked before I did the swap.

Dont you have a vacuum tree? That is where you should get all the vacuum stuff from....

I took out the canister and just blocked off that port....works fine.

I have one sitting in a box I removed it when I did the 00VI swap, and never had problems with how things were hooked up for the 00VI. That manifold had an extra port on top for a vacuum source that I used, though.

The spark plugs have less than 1000 miles on them, so they shouldn't be the issue. My guess is maybe the coils need cleaned up a bit or something because they sat for a while. Easy to do, I'll get to it eventually.

No, not selling the car. I won't say any more than that, though
