Check all connections underneath both the drivers and passenger seats. When mine came on it was a loose harness/clip from under the passenger seat.

First the MAF, now this.....

When did your airbag light first start blinking? After a mod by chance?

the maf accually wasnt bad, and it wasnt my fault, i went to get tune up, and make sure everything is good....and i guess they snugged on the wire too hard, and the power came out of the connector, and i went an hour and a half drive to hayward to find the connector....all fixed and like new....

not a mod, i connected a cop thingy.. lol =] hope no police are on this website...i had it and was bored so i connected it for fun, has the sirens, and loudspeaker....and i tucked it under the seat...i wonder if something disconected...!

I bet that after "tucking it under the seat" you loosened a harness or a connection. Make sure everything is nice and tight and report back to us.

Exactly why I asked!! Let's hope it's this easy and we figured it out.

Look at the yellow plug.

A disconnected air bag plug is the same thing as a bad/blown airbag in the computers eyes...gotta check it thoroughly.

Right at the front of the seat cushion there is a metal plate with two plastic clips that allow a harness to attach to the plate. There are two YELLOW connectors (one running from the left and one running from the right) that connect at this metal plate. Make sure those are intact and snug, as I knocked one loose when vacuuming once and set off the airbag light.

There is a way to reset that light.

I have the same problem and should probably figure it out.

Theres a sequence that you gotta do which includes locking doors turning the key in a certain position and clicking the door light switch 10 times.
