Brake Squeak That will Not Go Away

To be brief:

- I replaced my front pads and rotors with brembo rotors and PBR/Axxis ultimate pads. They squeaked like a #$%^#! I tried shims tons of brake goo, they never stopped squealing. When I put them in I also replace all the hardware, and the caliper pins with Raybestos parts.

- I gave up threw the pads out and bought Wagner Thermoquiet pads. Cleaned all the goo off the calipers, regreased the pins and installed the pads. All was good for about 4 days and then the squeak returned! Not as bad as before but still happens at low speeds especially when I release the pedal. Before I take everything apart again and regrease and put quiet goo on them anybody have a suggestion? The wagner box said not to use the goo, is there anything else I should use? a special grease? or can the problem be the rotors and or calipers?

I've been doing brakes for years and never had a problem like this. I hate to admit it but I am stumped!

Yes, sticking calipers can cause your problem.

I do not believe the calipers are sticking I've tested them out, I had someone engage the brakes while I checked the bite and release at the wheels. Are you talking about sticking or some other problem with the calipers?

Have you isolated which wheel the squeak is coming from? Sounds like a sticky caliper to me as well considering you've tried everything else.

I'm not sure which wheel. With the windows down I can't tell if it is the left or right. Sometimes I think it is both wheels.

The RS caliper seems to have wear on the edge of the piston that contacts the pad. The metal is very clean, as if worked on with a file. I do not see this on the other side. This is what made me think the noise is from rubbing or vibration.

Is it possible for a caliper to stick when the fluid in it heats up from friction? This may explain why I do not see it when testing the car in my garage.

Before I throw parts at the problem, do you think flushing the caliper (extended brake bleed) will stop it from sticking?
