Pic of Extractors/Y Pipe

This place in New Zealand makes these. Are your guys Y Pipes like this? I mean straight from the exhaust port?

I dont like the way the rear pipe has the twist at the bottom.

Link worked just fine for me, and yes those are Prestige's Headers/Y pipe combo. I'll let emax fill you in on the details, but I'll sum up what he will probably say, they aren't worth the money. He gained about as much with the entire header/ypipe setup as a normal stillen or WSP or Cattman y pipe does. Our exhaust manifolds are about as efficient as they get, straight from the factory. Being that you are in NZ, you may have different manifolds, and if so, might see some additional gains as opposed to just a y pipe without the headers, but I doubt it.

Did you notice any difference after you fixed the exhaust leaks?

Link to thread about all this

Another question. How much did postage from here cost?

Im trying to weigh up the cost of buying a Y from the US, or getting these headers since postage is free within NZ, or getting a custom job done.

The aussie is here !!! Hey all I think when i did the sums it was cheaper to get the y- pipe from the budget place in US or Canada than from NZ. But ultimately cheaper to get ya local exhaust place to custom them. No more mods for me, at this stage it looks like I'm going to sell the maxima, and buy a late model R31, I have a 'mate' (I thought i'd throw that one in for you yanks ) who's a mechanic we'll be fitting a RB25det head turbo, lool etc, to a RB30e, this making it a RB30det, it's a straight swap no need to block cooling channels etc, just bolt on HP, the only tricky bit is to get the loom wired up and to get a new belt to suit the new block height. I'd love to sit a a VQ30det into something but atm thy're just too expensive ($1500US). This setup with stock boost and exhaust is good for 200kw at the fly. So 12 sec 1/4 here I come. This is the plan atm, it's going to be hard to part with the maxi. pics of da max are in

www.melbccr.com
under reader rides, and same nick as i have here.

Postige was $200 something for 3 day fed ex air.
