Red Clock?

I have red LED gauges (drop in) and they look fine, but I'm trying to make the rest of the inside match. Does anyone know how I could change the color of the stock clock to red? I'm wondering about the actual components not just a film. Any advice on the other interior lights?

I searched and found out that the shift indicator (auto ) has a blue film in it that makes it hard to color change, and I have to get my hands dirty on the window swiches (soldering and such)

Advice?

i wanted to do that with my hvac and clock without the film but too expensive - electonics shop has to take the display apart and put a new filter in so i used 3 layers of red celophane for $3.
