A/C smells bad, I tried Lysol, something's not right!
There are several posts/threads about this problem/solution. I also have a smell so I just tried it. Some things were weird:
1: While the fan was at the maximum, there was no noticeable air suction through that grille
2: After (and during) spraying, there's no Lysol smell in the car
3: There's no grille on the passenger side of the car
I tried the same thing in my 98 Civic and there it worked like magic.
Any ideas? Is there any other air intake?
Thanks in advance!

That's the thread:

The grille under the windshield (just as described in that thread).

Frequently that small comes from using recirculation mode too often. You want to use outside air as normal and recirculation sparingly.
The car takes in outside air from the grill in front of the windshield but it takes in inside air (recirculation mode) from an opening on the passenger side behind the glove box.

the grill is on the driver side under the wiper, make sure the circulation button is off, and it works better if you run the heat while doing this...

take out the glove box, open the large black box that contains the evaporator core and hit the evaporator with the lysol.
Your evaporator probably looks like the one in this thread:
