I was refering to the OP's spelling. I'm sure tan/black combo looks good. If it's good enough for David Hasselhoff, it's good enough for me.

I thought about it two days ago because I'm going to get my max repainted.(Thinking about going from gold to black.) I was thinking "A tan interior in a black maxima would look good."

He means leave the interior black except swap out the seats for tan colored ones. Tan and black combo.

I was thinking adding black seats and a black center console.....that was going to be it......

I already have a black shift boot on my auto and a black E brake boot and I think it looks swell.

did this ever come from the factory: pebble beige maxima with black leather interior? I love that look, I know some have done the swap but is it factory also?

Standard on the GLE's (along with beige leather as a choice of course), optional on SE's. This applies to 95-98's.
In 99, the color was called Sunlit Sand. Seating choices were kept the same as earlier years.
