My air conditioner doesn't blow cold. When I add refrigerant it still blows the same. It doesn't blow hot air so it's not the compressor I'm not sure what the a bad condensor or evaporator. I have not checked the fuses yet either.
Can someone point me in the right direction.

well first off ,is the compresor even comming on? I would assume yes since you added freon ,but i will still ask .
2nd, what made you think it needed to be charged???
do you have any gauges ?
even the one you get with the charging kits will tell you a little bit...
if so, then put the a/c on and your fan speed on 4 and see what the gauge says

Locating the compressor, and watching to see if the clutch engages is key information.
Most times you can just hear this, as engine rpm's change when you turn on the A/C. IF your compressor is engaging, then tells us that the low pressure switch, and clutch are good. Can't tell much more without knowing the pressures. Be careful not to overcharge the system.
