Is it save to drive on 2 strut screws ?

So while putting on my strut bar my step dad decided to help me with tithing the screws and he twisted one off . now my question is , can i drive like this ? or do i need a who new strut? Are the 3 screws part of the strut or is it a separate park ? if so what is it called ?

No, it's part of the strut mount, it can be replaced but you have to disassemble the strut assembly. I'm pretty sure it would be ok to drive on, it just will put 33% more stress on the other two bolts. The bolts and nuts themselve can be bought from NAPA. They look like the bolts that your wheels bolt onto.

You'll be fine for a while, just take it easy with the car. You will need to change the strut mount. If you are going to change the strut mount you should consider changing the struts if they have like 60-80K miles or more on them. The strut mounts wear anyways so it's not a bad idea to change them. Don't forget the strut bearings. If he torqued it so much that it broke it may have been "weak" anyway.

Be sure you don't over torque the nuts. You might be able to take the assembly and replace the stud, but it's probably better to replace the mount.

Like everyones' saying, might as well change the struts. It might not be a bad idea to get one of these too: (click stop)

If you use the Haynes manual for instructions on replacing the struts/strut mounts, read the torque specs CAREFULLY. The torques for the strut mount nuts is in in/lbs, not ft lbs (Big Difference).

I wasn't careful, made a mistake, and ended torquing the stud right off the mount.

Best of luck!
