AE engine cover

alright i have searched it, but came up with mixed answers.
is there any way to make the AE engine cover fit on my 99

yeah thats the only way i think it would work. we dont have places for the screws unless you make them.

Yes, assuming you fashion up a way to bolt the coils down (or don't bolt them down at all).

FWIW, I have DE-K front coils on my car, and they line up with one of the bolt holes, so you should be able to bolt DE coils to a DE-K front valve cover.

Which, as far as I remember, is what can be done with the 00VI swap on the rear valve cover also.

on the DEK motor there are two bolt holes above where the vq30de valve cover is located. on the part of the engine where you would screw in the normal DE valve cover

yea i had a leak. i got new VC gaskets already. gotta got get some engine degreaser and go to the wash-a-car and spray it down.
