Headlight question

Hey all,

I was looking into purchasing these headlights (1 piece black housing) & HID's.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-99...spagenameZWDVW

My question is if I do get the above headlights what size HID's would I need? Our stock headlight is 9004 but the black housing headlights are different. Any help would be much appreciated.
TIA

9006 but the output on those housings suck just to let you know. You really should look into a retro or you wont be happy.

no, you would want to do a retro or else you would blind everyone on the road, you can use the housing but you need projectors.

What he said. Also be looking to spend a nice amount on a retro if you cant do it yourself. I have done a couple retro's and the cheapst one to date has been 350, the current one i am doing. Unless you have at least 350 more to spend i wouldn't get them.

just do a cefiro clone with hid's

just personal opinion, projectors have a really high OOOOOOOGLE factor, but you can achieve good looks with an oven, a can of black spray paint, and a $20 set of eBay lights....speaking from experience

EDIT: check these out.

Um the clones are just as bad as the oems with hids. Projectors arent for the ooogle factor. They are meant to harness the light and put it where needed. A 20 dollar set of lights will look like a 20 dollar set of lights. To the OP do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again.

This whole thread looks and sounds similar to a previous poster. Best thing is to search. Not even a month ago there were tons of questions asked by an org member on these very questions you have.

Its getting locked.

In fact, here is the thread. Have fun
