How do you disable the window auto-down feature???

Anyone know how to disable the window auto-down feature of the keyless remote?

I've gone out more than once in the morning and found my windows down because the key fob pushed up against something in my pocket and it put the windows down by accident.

I'd like to turn this off if possible. How do you do it?

easy ... don't push the button.

There might be something you could unplug (a realy mabye) from the control unit, but I don't know other than that.

It takes about 5 seconds of holding down the button for the feature to activate.........are you sure you are rolling your windows up?

Not possible, you would have to disable the remote or the window entirely. Easiest solution, take keys out of pants pocket.

There's nothing you can do. Just try to keep anything from pressing that button!

I've never had it happen personally, but I found it funny when I heard a guy call into Car Talk a while back. Tom and Ray thought there was something wrong with the relay, but then next week issued a retraction after so many Max owners called up to tell the guy to quit pressing the button in his pocket!

Thats funny, i hate it when you have the keys in your pocket and all of a sudden the windows go down or the trunk pops open
